
THE HOUSE
Upper Posty is an old stone farmhouse surrounded by a working sheep/cattle farm and unspoilt woodland. It has a beautiful 1/4 acre garden, an open fire and three comfortable double bedrooms.















FACILITIES
On the ground floor, the house has a large sitting/dining room with an open fire. It has a separate kitchen with a wood-burning stove. There is also a boot room and a downstairs bathroom.
Upstairs there are three double bedrooms, the largest has an ensuite shower room. There is another bathroom with a bath and walk-in shower. There is also a large landing area which has two single beds and a desk.
The house has central heating and UNRELIABLE wifi. It is comfortable and very charming but it is also basic. There is peeling paint and damp in a few places so please be aware that this is not a luxury stay!

THE LOCATION
Close to the village of Penffordd, Upper Posty House is situated in the middle of farmland. It is a short drive to the scenic Preseli Hills, the ideal location for some great walking. For the best views in Pembrokeshire, take a walk to Foel Eryr where the 360-degree panorama leads the eye over the moorland and down to the sea.
There are swimming spots locally at Gelli and Rosebush. The Pembrokeshire Coast National Park with its numerous stunning beaches is 30-40 mins drive away.
